Inspector Lew Erskine captures a Top 10 criminal and uncovers a plot to assassinate a senior naval officer.
- FBI Carousel Bulletin: John Kerr, having previosly appeared as S.A.C. Gary Morgan in two episodes, becomes the fourth (!) actor to fill the part of S.A.C. William Converse. His predecessors include Don Eitner, Douglas Henderson, and Hank Brandt.
- This marks Simon Oakland's sole appearance on the series, and he plays a bereaved Greek man.
