Harold K. Smith: Theft from Interstate Shipment.
Original broadcast date: 26 December 1965
This episode deals with interstate theft. There is concern that this is the work of a hijacking ring, when in fact it has to do with an employee who was forced into retirement.
The big deal here is that we get to see another member of Inspector Erskine’s family, his Uncle Walter (Cecil Kellaway). It’s another episode showing a personal side of Inspector Erskine.
- We also get treated by the presence of veteran actor John McIntire, who had just come off his role on Wagon Train.
- Dabney Coleman makes another appearance.
