- Murray Hamilton, who played a lead role in 1959’s The FBI Story (as Sam Crandall) plays the lead baddie here. He makes the second of four appearances in the series.
- FBI Carousel Bulletin: In his fifth series appearance, Robert Knapp plays yet another agent — presumably his fourth. In Season Six, however, S.A.C. Lawrence Douglas will be played by David Brandon.
- The helicopter is a Bell 47G-3B-1. It crashed in 1996 while working for the US Forest Service. The FAA registration number was N3098G.
