Hamilton leads three men who have stolen a large amount of bonds from bank messengers. While waiting for a deal to fence the bonds, he returns to his hometown, and revisits his high school sweetheart, Margaret. Meanwhile, Erskine and Daniels lead the FBI’s investigation and are running down the three participants in the robbery. Hamilton’s two confederates are apprehended and the FBI men are now chasing after Hamilton himself.
- Ed Nelson had a starring role in Peyton Place (1964-69). His long and varied career included three acting stints on The FBI in the early 1970s. This episode was his final one.
