A blind young mother is the hostage of a fugitive amateur diamond smuggler. He’s desperately trying to find a buyer for the gems, while he runs from both the Feds and a deadly private detective. This premise sounds a little like the movie Efrem Zimbalist Jr. had a supporting role in, 1967’s Wait Until Dark.
- The Webmaster remembers this day the episode was rerun; he could not have seen it because he was vacationing in the Adirondack Mountains!
- Laurence Luckinbill had starred in 1970’s The Boys In The Band, one of the first movies concerning homosexuality and directed by William Friedkin. He is married to Lucie Arnaz.
